 Thank you for volunteering to serve at our 2025 NorthStar Women’s Conference!

Below is important information for ALL volunteers. Please review details, download the schedule, and complete the form below.


Event Information

WHAT: NorthStar Women’s 2025 Conference: Cultivating Our Stories
WHO: featuring Kelly Minter with worship leader Kimberly Williams
WHEN: Saturday, May 3, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
WHERE: Columbia Church, 103 W. Columbia St., Falls Church, VA 22046

Friday, May 2

• We will begin set up at 10:00 AM — stuffing swag bags, constructing boxes for lunch, setting up chairs and tables, and decorating. If you are available, we would love your help.

• A pizza lunch will be provided at 12:00 PM — enjoy lunch on us. Following lunch we will finish the tasks above. Please RSVP for the lunch below.

• A Volunteer Reception will be at 7:00 PM in the Foyer. We will pray over our platform guests and offer the opportunity to have photos taken with them, purchase products, and visit the vendor and ministry tables. Before departing, remember to reserve your seat in the Sanctuary using a seat sign. Please RSVP below.

Saturday, May 3

• Please plan to arrive between 6:45—7:15 AM, and park in the BWA parking lot across from Columbia Church. The address for the parking lot is 405 N. Washington St, Falls Church, VA. After parking, please use the doors at Entrance C — the middle door on that side of the church. These doors will be locked at 7:25 AM, so be sure to arrive before then. Also, please note, this entrance has stairs. If you need an entrance without stairs, please park in the lot adjacent to the church on the opposite side of the building, and text Donna O. at 540-903-9706, and she will let you in (as Entrance A will be locked).

• A continental breakfast will be available for volunteers in the foyer until 7:30 AM. Please RSVP below.

• The Men’s Team will meet with Katie at 7:15 AM by the Connect Center. If you know of a gentleman who would like to serve on this team, please email Katie Harding.

• All volunteers will gather for a group prayer at 7:30 AM by the Connect Center.

• At 7:45 AM, we will move to our positions.

• Doors open at 8:00 AM.

If you don’t have your event ticket yet, it can be purchased here. Please use the promo code Vol25 to unlock the volunteer ticket. Volunteer tickets are $46 each. If a scholarship is needed, please email Katie. If you would like to order an event t-shirt at the volunteer rate of $10, you can order it here or purchase it on Friday.
