June 7-13, 2026
Vulnerability is not weakness; it is the courage to be fully known by God and authentically present with others. Throughout Scripture, God invites us to bring our whole selves before Him. He invites us to bring our joys, fears, doubts, wounds, and hopes. As we learn to live honestly before God, we also become more capable of building genuine relationships with others. The following prayer prompts are designed to help you open your heart to God's transforming grace, embrace authenticity, and grow in deeper connection with both Him and the people He has placed in your life.
This week's focus: Vulnerability
This week's Bible reading: Psalm 62:8 and 1 John 1:7
Day 1: Lord, help me come before You honestly, without hiding my fears, doubts, or struggles.
Day 2: Father, give me the courage to be known rather than merely admired.
Day 3: Jesus, teach me to trust that Your love is greater than my weaknesses.
Day 4: Lord, reveal any masks I wear and help me walk in authenticity.
Day 5: Father, help me confess my sins quickly and receive Your forgiveness fully.
Challenge: Create a journal page titled "What I'm Afraid to Admit." Write honestly before God about a fear, struggle, or burden you typically keep hidden. What is one next step God is inviting you to take toward greater authenticity?
