June 14-20, 2026
Vulnerability is not weakness; it is the courage to be fully known by God and authentically present with others. Throughout Scripture, God invites us to bring our whole selves before Him. He invites us to bring our joys, fears, doubts, wounds, and hopes. As we learn to live honestly before God, we also become more capable of building genuine relationships with others. The following prayer prompts are designed to help you open your heart to God's transforming grace, embrace authenticity, and grow in deeper connection with both Him and the people He has placed in your life.
This week's focus: Vulnerability
This week's Bible reading: Psalm 62:8 and 1 John 1:7
Day 1: Jesus, free me from the fear of what others may think when I am honest about my journey. Show me what gets in the way.
Day 2: Lord, help me share my testimony in ways that glorify You and encourage others. Please infuse your courage in me.
Day 3: Father, teach me to bring my disappointments and questions directly to You. Show me what I do to numb unpleasant feelings.
Day 4: Jesus, help me be transparent with trusted believers who can encourage and pray for me. Help me to take off the masks that I might wear.
Day 5: Lord, replace self-protection with trust in Your care and provision. Help me to confess my sins quickly and receive Your forgiveness fully.
Challenge: Create a journal page titled "Letter to God" . Write an uncensored letter to God expressing your disappointments, questions, hopes, and gratitude. End by listening quietly and journaling what truths are revealed. What Scripture comes up?
