November 30-December 6, 202

In a world that moves quickly, gratitude invites us to slow down and notice. To notice is to awaken our hearts to the quiet ways God is present—in the ordinary and the extraordinary, in beauty and in difficulty, in silence and in song. When we practice noticing, we begin to see that every breath, every relationship, and every moment is touched by divine grace. Over the next few weeks, lets seek a deeper awareness of God’s goodness and presence in daily life. As you notice and reflect, may you discover that thanksgiving is not only a season, but a way of seeing—a continual act of worship and wonder.

This week's Bible reading: 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Day 1: Notice someone who may be lonely or weary and ask how you might bring light to them. Don’t settle for the ‘nothing’ answer. Ask God to show you a way to minister to them.

Day 2: Notice the gifts and talents God has entrusted to you. How are you using them in gratitude?

Day 3: Notice how creation praises God without words. What can you learn from what you observe?

Day 4: Notice a time when God’s timing, not yours, worked out for good. Thank Him for His perfect timing.

Day 5: Notice something that used to worry you but no longer does. Give God glory for His peace.
